Kami Lane, Feature Columnist
Kami Lane is a current sophomore with a goal of attending James Madison University. She plans on studying journalism and majoring in dermatology. Kami quickly picked up a passion for journalism when she started showing interest in writing stories and sharing her opinions and views on topics. Here at Hickory High School, Kami plans on making school information and documents easily accessible to help students, parents, and faculty keep track of upcoming school events.

Gabby Pena, Op Ed Columnist
Gabby Pena is a current sophomore. Gabby enjoys writing and has done consistently well in English. She helps ensure spelling is always adequate with publishing newsletters. She’s also had some experience in writing journal entries, joining the newspaper club, and taking a writers workshop class.
